In order to impart the physical and emotional benefits that
we gain from practicing Yoga, the students and management of Vidhya MHS School,
Jalladaiampet celebrated World Yoga Day in their campus with a group of
visitors from Brahma Kumaris who conferred some breathing techniques useful for
enhancing memory power. The students performed free hand exercises, especially
for the best performance of right side brain. One of the guests delivered a
speech on the importance of yoga.
